just out of curiosity... were you supposed to boot the computer up WITH the disc they sent you?
I woke up this morning and thought about that. Don't ask. I had way too much coffee after midnight to fall asleep so I replayed EVERY CONVERSATION I HAD in the past week.

No it just repaired it.
I came very close to having to re-install and erase all my files...
