#3 and myself are taking speech together at our school. Everyday we have to give speeches on the given topic for the class, and everyday someone something stupid unbelievably wrong.
Here are some topics and some inaccuracies:
N/A- chemotherapy involves several shots.
Important women in history- Sequoia was a woman.
How to increase tourism in Nashville- Revolutionary war battles happened in Nashville.
Impromptu speaking- Cigarette smoking is a major cause of AIDS.
I probably forgot some stuff so #3 can tell you if anything else funny is said.

rex hammock's blog party was tonight. pretty fun. i got to meet mr. roboto, muffy, and mr. risen's fiance who is known as the saucy librarian to weird blogger people some. also met busy mom (she reads the blog, actually) and some old dudes. this one guy wanted to interview us which is very cool. he either has too much time on his hands, has no one better to interview or he's just a guy who thinks an interview with 3 fourteen year olds and #3 (not a person) would be entertaining and/or interesting.....neeehh
we did make ..you know those things...where there's two big pieces of cardboard tied (duct tape'd) and some guy walks around with it on advertising whatever is written on it...
front side said: welcome to blognashville.
back side said: single girlz plz!!11 (thanks for all the attention that gave me, roboto.)
we ate hors d'oeuvres (i like the way that word(s) is spell'd), kicked duct tape rolls around, and uhh made rex mad...
but i was just surprised that anyone read our blog..which rocks because we really have nothing interesting to say
btw, should i change my number from 4 to 0? i like 0 better because it would put me above the rank of #1 in theory....
post comment if you have an oppinion on this.
k i'm done

last night, i went to the almighty shins' concert. incredible. best concert i've ever been to. i've only been to 3.
okay so i went with one of my friends, alex and some 9th graders. but it was awesome that i even got to go because the tickets were lost but luckily we found this dude in line with two extras. shame that we had to pay another $50 but it was well worth it. i got this sweet shirt that you lucky cats may get to see if you (and i) go to this blog party thing rex is holding...not sure.
#'s 1-3 did not know about it/did not want to go/couldn't go because #2 and #3 just have bad taste of music and #1 couldn't go for various reasons withheld from the general public (his mom wouldn't let him go)
they played 7 songs from chutes too narrow, 7 from oh, inverted world, and 3 new ones. the best part was definately the fact that we were like 10 feet away from james mercer. there were panties (and boxers) thrown up on stage, too much 2nd hand smoke, and no sleep for school the next day. great night.
-thanks to will orman for this one.

Well, tomorrow Jacob's Posse will be attending the BlogNashville welcome party. Part of the time we will kick out Roboto-stalkers and the rest we will divide between autographs and keeping yous guys from freaking out #4 and keeping #3 from freaking out yous guys. Seriously. If this big kid with a really weird grin on his face walks up to you and asks you if helicopters eat their young, walk away. Just keep walking.

I will be doing the underground atlanta section cause i got the sweeeeetest belt buckle that will definitely make Mr.Roboto proud. You can see it if you go to that thingy at the GEC this friday. Anyway, the underground Atlanta is a mall that is "underground"(it has a roof). A few years ago, on the same trip, a kid was asked for a dollar and pulled out his wallet and was mugged so this year people were betting on who would get mugged. Luckily, all the crew of jacob's posse knew not to be stupid and walk into dark corners. As #1 and I walked the mall, we saw many shops and kiosks from "As Seen on TV" to a belt buckle kiosk, which was where I happened to purchase my amazing belt buckle. There wasn't much to do but walk around so we found an arcade and wasted our money there. Overall, underground atlanta was kinda fun and it had a sweet belt buckle. You can see the belt buckle of friday. For all of you non-going-to-the-thingy people I will post a picture later.

well we've decided to split the myriad of things to talk about that happened on the class trip between us all. i've got the paintballing. most excellent.
well okay. so we start out at school at 7 in the morning loading the bags, etc... then starts the 4 hour bus ride to atl. it was kinda boring, people brought forbidden electronics, unfortunately i think one or two got caught on the other bus, i'm a bit disappointed that i didn't bring my ipod, because the teachers on my bus didn't look back once. anyways. we watched movies, watched various people moon truckers, listened to music, slept, had a good time. i was on the bus with #2 while #1 and #3 were on the other one. the hotel was nice...westin inn, i had three guys in my room that i'm pretty good friends with so that was a ton of fun.
on friday we went paintballing, which was incredible. it was my first time to play so i had a great time. i was on the green team with some other pretty skilled paintballers so we had the best team, either winning or tieing every game. when we got there we had to get our gear and listen to the adults talk about rules for what seemed way too long, ate lunch, all that. then the domination commenced.
my first game i picked up fast, you basically pull the trigger when you see a head pop out or a body run somewhere. learned how the gun worked and how it feels to get hit. got welts in 2 or 3 places. anyways it was loads of fun, primarily because my team dominated and cause i like shooting things. if you havn't played paintball, go do it. i wanna buy a gun to play with in nashville.
yeah, but i'm not supposed to tell you about the coke museum, underground atlanta, or the braves game. that's someone else's story somewhere out there. but i will ask of you one thing: if you find a picture of someone's ass on the window of a bus on the highway in atl, please send it to me. i think we'd all get a kick out of that. email is [email protected]
peace.
(will post pics from trip if the fruity picture kid in our grade sends em at school.)

Since six flags was rained-out, the best part of our class trip to Atlanta this weekend was the meeting of former Oakland A's teammates Mark Mulder a Tim Hudson at satan's palace Tuner Field. I rooted for the not-Braves (Cardinals) and wore my Mets hat in spite of the Braves fans. I was also the only kid in my class to bring his baseball glove (catcher's mitt) and if the wind decided to blow the ball a section over I would have walked away with an Albert Puljos homer.
It was the tacit consent of my friend Brian and I to sit together, being the only die-hard baseball fans in the grade. He is a Mariners fan and decided to root for the Cardinals also. The baseball n00b next to us (blogger #2) decided at the very end to suddenly root for sell his soul to the Braves. However in the ninth inning, superstitious baseball fans prevailed over a crowd of thousands as Brian and I chanted, in a language we weren't sure existed, "Ho-Si-Min-Tao" at different times during the pitchers wind up. Of course it worked every time and the cardinals closed the game, winning 6 to 5.
